Claire Anderson Hair is run by me, Claire Anderson, a hairdresser at The Stylist & Co, 4 Russel, 86 West Street, Portchester, Fareham PO16 9UL. This policy explains what personal information I collect through this website and how I look after it.

WHAT I COLLECT

When you fill in my application form, my contact form or sign up to my emails, I collect the details you give me. That can include your name, email address, phone number, and information about your hair, your hair history and any allergies or sensitivities, which I only use to keep you safe.

HOW I USE IT

I use your details to reply to you, review your application, arrange your consultation and appointments, and, if you've signed up, send you my emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

WHY I'M ALLOWED TO

I use your information because you've asked me to (to answer your enquiry or look after your hair), or because you've given your consent (for my emails).

WHO I SHARE IT WITH

I never sell your information. It's stored securely by the services I use to run my business, such as Wix (this website), Google (my application form and email) and Calendly (my booking links). They only handle it on my behalf.

HOW LONG I KEEP IT

I keep client records while you're a client and for a reasonable time afterwards. I keep email sign ups until you unsubscribe.
